The Ice Age, it’s Origin and its Effects

Secular scientists believe creation scientists cannot explain any significant geological features with our biblical worldview, while they can. I will test this assumption with the last major geological event in earth history: the ice age. The Ice Age is actually a major mystery of mainstream earth science that will be demonstrated in the talk. The evidence indicates that the Ice Age occurred after the Flood, indicating the Flood must have caused the radical climate change afterwards that resulted in a rapid Ice Age. Many details of the Ice Age have been worked out from over 45 years of research, such as it was only about 700 years long, there was only one ice age, and there will be no future ice age.

Michael has a Masters Science degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Washington and is now retired after working as a meteorologist with the US National Weather Service for 30 years. He has researched and speaks on the compelling evidence for Noah’s Flood and the Ice Age that followed, and how the incredible woolly mammoth connects to biblical history. Michael has published many papers in his field in widely recognized journals and has written An Ice Age Caused by the Genesis Flood, Ancient Ice Ages or Gigantic Submarine Landslides? The Missoula Flood Controversy and the Genesis Flood and The Frozen Record. He is also author of Frozen in Time, The Weather Book and Life in the Great Ice Age. He serves on the board of the Creation Research Society, USA and lives in Montana.

Report on Cree Communities Ministries – February 2019

It will be helpful to understand the background of these Mission Partners in case you have not heard of them before. To that end, we have a new page with the background to the Christian Medical Mission to South Sudan.

Since May 2014 the ICMDA NIHSJ lead by Anil & Shalini Cherian has completed the training of 36 Clinical Officers (Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Public Health), 16 Diploma Nurses and 15 Midwives (The leadership team also had Jasper Damaris an M.Sc. Nurse from CMC Vellore). All 67 students have since successfully completed their courses and qualified by taking the qualifying examination of the National Health Professionals Examination Board. ICMDA has closed this project as of July 2018.

Considering how war-torn and bereft of medical services the South Sudan is, this is an exciting and important work! Read MORE of the Background Report.

Dear EYMI Friends,
Today most people are so confused, and have no basis for hope. We need, more than ever, a clear presentation of the God who created all things, and is our eternal hope! We are pleased to share with you our EYMI news.

What exciting things our great God and Creator is doing with this ministry. When Rev. Jim Gregor started EYMI he longed to see children and adults taught about creation. He knew that showing them something of our Creator would help to draw them to want to know Jesus personally as Lord and Savior. We continue to follow that vision so that people can discover the glories of God and the true eternal value of human life.

We are privileged to share creation resources and the Christian gospel in a number of ways.

EYMI Creation Events & Ministries:
– 3rd Friday of the month at Sutherland Evangelical Church, Saskatoon
– 1st Saturday of the month at Onion Lake
– Once a year AWASIS, a First Nations Teacher conference at Saskatoon Inn, April 27
– The God of Wonders DVD shown in prison – once a month
– Ministry and resources to First Nations at LaRonge and Grandmothers Bay
– Projectors and materials are presented to international ministries to teach the creation
message in Mexico, Zambia, Uganda, Rwanda, Sudan, Ukraine, and India. Thousands of lives are
being touched through this extended ministry.

Materials and resources of course take financial investment. We are in need of your prayers and financial support to take the life changing message to even more people and places. It is impossible to see the value of human life without seeing the Creator and through the gospel getting to know Him personally.
